Rhode Island Transparency

The State of Rhode Island today launched a new "Transparency Portal" to publicly disclose all spending. So far, it's a little bit tough to navigate and the individual entries don't provide as much detail as I'd like, but overall it's great to see this from a state that consistently ranks at the top of the corruption index.
